Compliance Officer
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption”, the Compliance Officer is an independent structural unit, organizationally subordinate and functionally accountable to the Supervisory Board of GPC Investment LLP.
Main Objective
Implementation of the Compliance Program, ensuring compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and best international practices. The officer assesses corruption risks and implements prevention mechanisms.
Activities to develop an anti-corruption culture are conducted on a regular basis: employee training, informational newsletters, and joint events with the authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
GPC Investment LLP does not provide funding for:
- ❌ Charitable and sponsorship projects
- ❌ Political parties
- ❌ Public associations
- ❌ Purposes of gaining or maintaining advantages in its activities
